Application refers to Netflix IMDB Rating, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Netflix IMDB Rating.
Country refers to: Ontario, Canada.
Device means any device that can access the Application such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.

The Application uses third-party advertising services to display advertisements. We use Google AdMob and Google AdSense, services provided by Google LLC, to serve ads. These services may collect and use information such as device identifiers, IP address, coarse location, and advertising interaction data to display personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance.

Tracking Technologies and Device Identifiers

The Application and its third-party partners may use device identifiers such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or similar technologies for advertising and measurement purposes. On iOS devices, tracking is only performed after the user has granted permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
